Dental Administration Team

Roxanne has been working in dental for over 30 years. She was a Dental Assistant for 14 years and transitioned into administration then to managing. She loves working with insurance companies and helping patients understand the process. In her spare time she loves hiking the local trails or hitting the mountains. She is a passionate quilter and has won awards for her unique creations. She is also extremely proud of her 6 grandkids that call her Baba.

Lindsey grew up on a small hobby farm just outside of a small town in Northern Alberta. Life was simple; curl, ride and socialize. While residing in Valleyview, she started her family and stayed very busy with her horses and young daughters. Fast forward to 2017, change was in the air. Moving boxes were unpacked in their new home in Sylvan Lake. This was also the beginning of her career into dental. Lindsey strives to build trusting relationships with our patients and to make each visit welcoming and comfortable. Her favorite words to live by; practice kindness, always… and smile!

Courtney grew up in a rural community in Central Alberta on her family farm. After high school, she went on to graduate with distinction for her Dental Assisting Diploma at NAIT. On days off, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and two children exploring the outdoors, biking, camping, and everything DIY home projects she can convince her husband to help her with!

Deb has over 15 years experience in customer service and is excited to be a part of the Neighbourhood Dental Family. She has a loving family and two beautiful grown daughters. When not working you can find her relaxing with family and friends. Deb has a passion for anything outdoors, loves the water, travel and is always trying something new.

Amie was born and raised in Alberta and has resided in Red Deer most of her life. She is blessed to have three grown daughters and a supportive group of close friends and family. Amie discovered her love for dental a few years ago and absolutely adores working with patients and their families. Amie is passionate about helping people to understand the importance of dentistry and guiding them through each and every step!

From a small town in Newfoundland, meet our admin, Cat. After graduating from the Administrative Professional Program, she jumped headfirst into her career in dental. Cat has over seven years of customer service experience and has a passion for helping people feel comfortable and cared for. In her free time you can find her practicing a variety of hobbies such as baking, crocheting, or hiking in the mountains.

Mikayla was born and raised in Lloydminster, AB. She found an interest in the dental field and has been helping patients coordinate their dental visits for the past two years. After recently moving to Red Deer, Mikayla is often out exploring the city with her Golden Retriever named Mollie. In her free time, she enjoys being active outdoors. You can find her skiing in the winter or hiking and paddle boarding in the summer.

Amelia has called Red Deer home since 1996. She loves decorating, party planning, and volunteering in the community. Amelia started in dental as an administrator in 2022. She enjoys interacting with patients and continuing her knowledge in the very innovative field of dentistry!

Emily has been in customer service for six years. Three years ago she made the transition into dental. Her favourite part of this field is the impact it can have on a patient’s life and being a part of their journey. Emily was born and raised in Red Deer and loves being outdoors! Some of her hobbies include snowboarding, fishing, and camping whenever possible. Emily looks forward to meeting all current and future patients of Neighbourhood Dental.
